Conventional Exd Flame Detector (IR3) – Flameproof

The Conventional Exd Flame Detector (IR3) is designed for use in hazardous environments in indoor and outdoor applications. It is sensitive to low-frequency flickering infra-red radiation emitted by flames during combustion. The sensor operates even through a layer of oil, dust, water vapour or ice. BASEEFA has certified the detector for compliance to standards EN 60079-0, EN 60079-1 and EN 61241-1.
